Allocating jobs to translators / proofreaders (outsourcing)
After creating a job or after converting a quote into a job, you can allocate services to translators / proofreaders. Select a service (e.g. a translation) and click on Show translators to list all translators for the corresponding language pair stored in your database sorted by evaluation and rates. After selecting your desired translator you may create an assignment email containing the key details of the job (language pair, deadline (date and time), rate per unit and total payment). You can customize the structure/content of these assignment emails in the default values form.
